Must have:
  • 1 year of experience in people management.
  • 3 years of experience in a shared service center.
  • Knowledge of billing/invoicing and customer service.
  • Excellent command of English and French (C1 minimum).
  • Ability to plan resources and track team utilization.
Good to have:
  • Experience in multi-level management within a shared service center.
  • Knowledge of an additional European language.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with work allocation tools.

Join our dynamic team at the Marsh European Support Centre (EBSC) in Warsaw, where we are dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to our brokers. With a multicultural environment and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Billing/Invoicing Team Coordinator to help us achieve our goals.

We will count on you to:

  • Create and manage a team of billing/invoicing specialists, including recruiting, motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Collaborate closely with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and develop new procedures within the team’s area of responsibility.
  • Resolve internal client escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Implement business-focused solutions within time and cost constraints, while preparing management reports and driving process improvements.

What you need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in people management.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a shared service center environment.
  • Knowledge of basic billing/invoicing processes and customer service.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and French (C1 minimum).
  • Strong ability to plan resources and track team utilization.
