Lead and manage strategic accounts, exceeding targets and growth plans. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans at the country level. Conduct and finalize contract negotiations with key customers. Define and coordinate promotional calendars and ensure alignment across internal teams (sales, channel marketing, marketing, operations). Create and manage high-impact demand generation plans within key accounts, including oversight of promotional activities and merchandising. Maintain regular competitive pricing analysis of top sellers and highlight concerns to the channel marketing team and local sales manager. Act as a key point of contact for cross-departmental coordination, ensuring smooth internal communication and alignment of sales strategy with marketing and operations teams. Identify strategic business opportunities and provide leadership to execute effectively. Deliver insights through reporting, analytics, and forecasting tools, and leverage data-driven approaches for decision-making. Proactively identify business risks and swiftly implement mitigation plans. Actively mentor junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices and industry insights. Foster high-level executive relationships within customer organizations, regularly visiting the accounts and engaging with senior stakeholders. Ensure that customers have a strong understanding of Corsair’s products and objectives. Liaise with senior team members to align account strategy with broader corporate objectives.
