The specialist will manage the document lifecycle, including preparation, distribution, and archiving. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a busy office environment. The job requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • HKDSE/DSE qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years administrative/clerical experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in handling banking documents
  • Document scanning experience preferred
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support counter and internal team

  • Perform, document filing, photocopying, scanning, and record maintenance

  • Coordinate interdepartmental administrative operations

  • Execute daily office routines and support ad-hoc projects

  • Manage document lifecycle including preparation, distribution, and archiving

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a busy office environment

Requirement:

  • HKDSE/DSE qualification or equivalent

  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details

  • Minimum 1-2 years administrative/clerical experience (document scanning experience preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good command of written/reading English, Cantonese

  • Experience in handling banking document is preferred

  • Immediate availability preferred
