We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Strategy Manager to help scale Manychat’s brand across every team that touches it — Marketing, Growth, Events, and more. You’ll support our Senior Brand Strategist in developing brand and creative strategies, then help bring them to life by translating them into clear briefs and partnering with teams through asset reviews, guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role will help the team stay aligned by keeping our brand documentation sharp, staying in tune with our audience, and tracking performance to continually evolve how Manychat shows up in the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

Brand & Creative Strategy Execution

  • Assist in shaping brand and creative strategies by sharing audience insights, cultural trends, data, and intuition based on our understanding of Manychat’s audience, product, platforms, and brand.
  • Drive the execution of brand-related efforts, working with cross-functional partners to bring initiatives to life while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Refine and maintain brand documentation, messaging guides, and Asana task management to support seamless execution.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for creative and cross-functional teams to guide the development of marketing campaigns, content, and creative assets, ensuring alignment with Manychat’s positioning and objectives.
  • Support asset review and feedback cycles, ensuring final deliverables align with strategy and creative direction.
  • Advise internal teams on briefs, brand guidelines, and strategic direction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on end-of-campaign analyses to understand brand metrics impact.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Maintain and organize brand documentation, timelines, and key deliverables across teams.
  • Track and share brand health reporting, keeping a pulse on performance metrics and audience sentiment.
  • Assist in measuring brand and creative performance, tracking key metrics to refine future strategies.
  • Keep the team updated on industry trends, cultural shifts, and internal research that could impact brand strategy.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, integrated marketing or a related role.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution — you can take high-level ideas and turn them into actionable briefs, guides, and playbooks.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills — you’re able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
