Job Description

The Build Crew Manager at Evolution Georgia is responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of studios, including panels, monitors, cabling, and equipment. Duties involve preparing studio environments, installing decorative panels and low-voltage data cabling, setting up furniture and complex equipment (cameras, PCs, lights), and creating soundproof environments. The role requires experience in carpentry, construction, or related fields, including working with wood, metal, and fabric. Responsibilities include adhering to company standards, ensuring high-quality work, and timely execution of tasks. The position requires compliance with internal policies and accurate information.

Must have:

At least 1 year experience in carpentry or related fields
Installation and maintenance of studio equipment

Job Description

Physical Installation and maintenance of studios, panels, monitors, decoration panels, cablings and studio equipment. layer carpets, work with wood and metal, paint works and simple tasks in workshop on simple equipment and aggregates.

Job Duties

Preparation of visual environment in studios, installation of decorative panels
Installation of low voltage data cabling
Installation of studio furniture
Installation of complex equipment, including cameras, scanners, PCs, lights according with provided schematics and guidelines
Preparation of soundproof environments, installation of absorbers
Performance of minor works with wood, fabric, and metal

Responsibilities

Perform their duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company
Comply to Internal Policy and instructions
Perform job obligations in proper, high quality and timely manner
Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information
Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position

Qualifications

At least 1 year work experience as carpenter, construction, or other related fields such as Metal carpentry assembling metal frameworks or installations.
