What you’ll do

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship building, and negotiation, and a proven track record of success in business development.

  • Identify New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners according to the departments' strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal content) to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, preferably within EdTech/Media/online learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build effective relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive.
  • Curiosity to analyse current trends.
  • Prior experience with international markets.
  • Culture fit: Someone who exemplifies Lingokids core values. Passion and desire to work at a mission driven project.
