We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in business development, account management or customer service roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Contributing to planning, coordination and delivery of business development activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of projects and events
- Maintain current client relationship while finding and developing new markets and clients
- Developing quotes and proposals to clients
- Gather project requirements and understanding project needs and objectives
- Understanding the legal business landscape of the industries
- Coordinate, format and disseminate relevant client alerts on a regular basis
- Coordination and preparation of business events, such as seminars, conferences, etc.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Maintain firm profile and other centralized promotional materials (brochures, CVs and newsletters)
- Coordinate deal collection and reporting on a monthly basis
- Prepare portfolio, show reel and other materials for sales and marketing purpose
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience as business development, account executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Able to communicate in Korean and French is a plus
- Strong market knowledge and research skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to manage various projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under uncertain environments
