Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to join our infra/system administrator team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial technology (fintech) and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we call it as SPRINTING PACE MARATHON. The IT Intern will assist with various IT related projects and provide support to our IT and software engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure
  • Assist on monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and maintaining network security
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Prepare tech risk & compliance audit and supporting documents
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software rollouts and system upgrades
  • Document technical procedures and processes
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in the IT industry
  • Adhoc task that assigned by team lead or tech lead

Pre-Requisites :

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in technology and IT support
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
