The manager will develop detailed client project plans, collaborate with production management on client solutions, provide project quotations, and conduct periodic business reviews. Additionally, they will follow up on qualified clients, address customer concerns promptly, provide business advice, maintain product knowledge, identify new business opportunities, foster client retention, ensure client information security, and plan team activities to maintain quality standards. The role may involve working from other locations as directed by top management.
