The Business Applications Business Development Team drives strategic partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise SaaS applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 application serves Fortune 500 enterprises in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), now enhanced with Copilot and Agents. As a Business Development Manager, you will be focused on our CRM line of business, and you’ll be responsible for identifying partnerships, acquisitions, and investments; driving business model innovation; and anticipating and executing on partnership opportunities [including GenAI 3P Copilot solutions – the BD work] critical to our growth.

Business Development IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
