今回募集しているTableau BDR (インサイドセールス)は、あらゆる業種・業界のお客様に対して変革のきっかけを作る組織です。
お客様のビジネスに真剣に向き合い、新しいステージで力をつけたいという方が活躍しています。
経営層に電話およびEmailにて直接アプローチし、顧客の経営課題、実現したい内容などをヒアリングし
確度の高い新規ビジネス案件の創出、パイプラインの創出する、重要かつ必要不可欠なポジションになります。
【キャリアパス】
・当部門の役割は、新規案件の発掘の他に「将来のトップセールスの育成」という重要な役割を担っています。
・インサイドセールスの社員のうち、半数以上がIT業界未経験者です。当社が誇るトレーニングプログラムで、
ビジョンセリング、IT法人営業としての基礎業界を学びながら、アカウント営業(外勤営業)を目指していただきます。
・約1年〜2年、当部門にて実績をあげた後、アカウントセールス(外勤営業)としての活躍を期待しています。
■異業種からの採用実績例
金融、人材紹介、Web広告、インターネット、コンサルティング業界など
応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
・法人営業(直販)経験を3年以上
・新規開拓営業経験を1年以上
・物ではなく、サービス(無形商材)やソリューションの提案営業経験をお持ちの方
・目標達成意欲が高く、個人予算を持つ営業経験がある方
【歓迎(WANT)】
・IT商材の営業経験がある方(インサイトセールス経験も可)
・経営者レベルとの折衝経験
・CRMを使っていた経験
・自己成長意欲が高い方
・オープンで積極的なコミュニケーションをとれる方
