We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Dubai.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage projects independently, support teammates, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization in different locations.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with designated clients, managing individual projects to completion and following up on correspondence.
- Develop an understanding of client businesses through research and prepare peer benchmarking studies for client and team use.
- Manage day-to-day aspects of designated accounts, including contract development, information gathering from carriers and colleagues, and organizing meeting logistics.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
- Lead meetings with clients and Marsh colleagues to deliver consulting advice.
- Address account concerns or issues in a timely manner, applying judgment on when to escalate matters to senior colleagues.
- Report on relationship satisfaction to ensure mutual understanding both internally and externally.
- Maintain fluency in the company's and carriers' products, colleagues, and operations to enhance service delivery.
- Serve as the project or account manager for larger initiatives or complex accounts, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
- Draft and supervise the completion of essential project documents intended for clients.
- Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and client presentations, upholding business and compliance standards.
- Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and product specialists to identify account needs and opportunities for tailored services and products.
