Job Title:

Client Relationship Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Farmland sales, customer service, or a related field.


Job Responsibilities:


Prospecting: Identify and generate leads for potential farmland investors through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound marketing activities.

Qualifying Leads: Assess potential investors' needs and interests to determine their suitability for our farmland offerings.

Scheduling Appointments: Schedule meetings or consultations with qualified leads to discuss investment opportunities.

Presenting Farmland Projects: Provide detailed information about our farmland projects, including location, size, expected returns, and investment terms.

Addressing Inquiries: Answer questions from potential investors and provide clear and informative responses.

Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals with interested investors.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the investment process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.

3. Proven track record in sales or customer service.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.

6. A passion for agriculture and a desire to contribute to sustainable farming practices.
