Community Manager

We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to serve as the bridge between our brand and the gaming community. The ideal candidate will engage with users across all relevant platforms, staying up to date with game and player trends, and promoting brand awareness and interaction. They will advocate for the community, providing feedback to help improve our products, act on opportunities for community appreciation and engagement, and provide information on our products. Additionally, they will coordinate community events and grassroots campaigns to enhance our presence and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the brand ambassador on platforms like Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and other social media and community sites.
• Foster a positive and engaging presence in the gaming community, driving user interaction and brand loyalty.
• Create, curate, and manage content across all community platforms.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for community engagement to strengthen our brand at the grassroots level.
• Address community questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Advocate for the community’s needs within the company, providing insights to improve our services.
• Stay up to date with gaming and server hosting industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate community events, such as Discord events, Q&A sessions, and live streams.
• Partner with influencers and content creators to promote events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of video game culture and server hosting services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using community platforms such as Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and other social media.
• Ability to create compelling content and engage a diverse audience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Empathy and the ability to handle community feedback with professionalism.
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution is a plus.
