  • Analyzing and synthesizing findings from qualitative data—identifying key patterns, emotional drivers, tensions, and opportunities.
  • Supporting game development and publishing strategies by identifying unmet needs, testing early concepts, and helping shape player-centric experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with quantitative researchers and data analysts to ensure a holistic understanding of player sentiment and behavior.
  • Keeping current with gaming trends, cultural shifts, and emerging platforms to ensure research remains relevant and forward-looking.
  • Operating independently and with external partners, managing projects from design through to delivery in an agile, global environment.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative projects is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to moderate across diverse participant groups, with skill in creating a safe, engaging space for discussion.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex human insight into actionable, audience-specific narratives.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.
