Job Description

Hasbro seeks a Coordinator, Licensed Consumer Products, to support the APAC (excluding China) and MENA CP team in marketing deployment and business development. Responsibilities include coordinating territory brand plans, managing agency and licensee communications, developing pitch decks for new business initiatives, conducting market research, and organizing licensee presentations. Additional duties involve campaign monitoring, managing team and agency meetings, and performing business analytics. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Play a key role in supporting the APAC (Excl China) and MENA CP team in marketing deployment & business development. Critical areas of support would be agency communication, cross-functional team management to drive one-voice activation, pitching for new businesses & deal tracking for existing licensees.

 

Responsibilities:

75% - Coordination & deployment of:

  • Territory brand plans in partnership with Category leads, Agency Marketing Leads, Content Brand Marketing Leads and GBU leads and execution of retail activations – both offline & online
  • Agency and Licensee communications – brand updates, bulletins, creative updates, and follow up with administration of deal preparation, tracking & business analytics
  • Pitch decks and research materials to support new business development initiatives (new licensees, new distributors & new agencies)
  • Market research and insights

 

25% - Help in the coordination and organisation of

  • Licensee / trade presentations (physical and digital)
  • Licensee presentation decks
  • Monitoring of campaigns, promotions and product releases (Hasbro and competitors, both on and offline)
  • Team meetings – agenda, minutes and follow-up
  • Agency meetings - agenda, minutes and follow-up

 

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Degree holder
  • An understanding of the Consumer Products industry/business
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable connecting and communicating with at all levels of business both internally and externally.
  • A passionate, collaborate team-player with a strong work-ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
