About the team and the role:

Join eBay’s dynamic CRM and Loyalty Analytics Team, where innovation meets opportunity. Our team is instrumental in using data to drive impactful strategies for customer relationship management in markets worldwide. In this role, you will lead analytics initiatives that influence eBay's business growth, collaborating closely across departments to optimize CRM strategies. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to shape the future of ecommerce through data-savvy insights. This role will be responsible for analytics for the Selling Conversion and Customer Lifecycle portfolios, initially concentrating on eBay’s Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) and Selling CRM communications. This position will focus on driving measurement and optimization, and providing strategic insights.

What you will accomplish:

  • Optimise CRM analytics workflows to improve customer experiences and drive business objectives by demonstrating AI and data-driven strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data Science, to implement successful CRM campaigns through robust analytics and testing methodologies.

  • Advance CRM contact strategy by developing and performing A/B tests to measure engagement and channel efficiency.

  • Orchestrate projects applying SQL and data modeling to uncover insights, advising strategic decisions and encouraging customer loyalty.

  • Build self-serve tools that drive-up analytics velocity and drive decision-making at scale

  • Present analytics-driven insights to stakeholders, influencing CRM evolution and aligning with eBay’s strategic goals.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentorship and leadership in an inclusive environment, encouraging team growth and development.
     

What you will bring:

  • Confirmed hands-on experience in CRM analytics, with expertise in SQL, building self-serve tools, data science, modeling, and AI-driven approaches.

  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity about making data-led decisions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating sophisticated analytics into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated capacity to lead teams and projects, ensuring alignment with CRM roadmaps and strategic objectives.

  • Effective partner leadership skills, able to navigate interdisciplinary collaborations seamlessly.

  • A dedication to encouraging diversity and inclusion, applying gender-neutral and inclusive language in all communications.
