Job Description:
If you love videogames of all types, have direct experience with CRM, the
proven ability to manage large scale strategic marketing projects from
concept to execution, and report on key KPIs, then this is the job for you!
Your Role Within Our Kingdom
We are looking for a skilled CRM specialist with experience in delivering best-
in-class CRM campaigns using segmentation and personalization techniques.
You will manage and coordinate multi-channel strategic projects across several
channels, supporting key initiatives such as Seasons and Partnerships within
Candy Crush Saga.
As part of the Consumer Marketing team, you will help deliver and optimize a
world-class experience for our players by briefing, executing, and monitoring
messaging campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.
You will be the point of contact for operating campaigns, responsible for
building recommendations, planning, and executing best-in-class campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the CRM communications plan, ensuring alignment
- with pre-set goals and strategic initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns, including briefing, execution,
- monitoring, and optimization across Candy Crush Saga and all
- owned channels (push notifications, in-app messaging, videos, and
- emails).
- Coordinate and deliver campaign assets, such as graphics, copy, and
- translations, while ensuring seamless execution.
- Define segmentation strategies and set up campaigns in CRM
- systems to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics, extract key insights, and iterate to
- enhance future campaign effectiveness while reporting on key KPIs
- (monetization, engagement, and reach).
- Leverage Braze as a super-user, driving automation and
- transformation of CRM capabilities for scheduled and automated
- campaigns.
Skills to Create Thrills
You are passionate about marketing and understand how its different pillars
work together to deliver a unique player experience. Highly creative yet
strategic, you use a mix of intuition, data analysis, and player insights in
your day-to-day work. You recognize what content resonates with players and
how quality and targeting can enhance engagement and loyalty.
What you’ll bring:
- A couple of years of relevant work experience using CRM campaign
- management tools (Braze preferred)
- Experience in using data driven strategies to drive CRM performance
- Experience in Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaign
- effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Proven track record of managing impactful marketing campaigns (be
- prepared to share some case studies with us),
- Background in a digital business with a broad customer base.
- Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills

- Solid understanding for the mobile games industry
- International experience is a plus—even Antarctica has Candy Crush
- players!
