Job Overview:

The Data Systems Analyst will manage the ticketing system for course maintenance requests, monitor workflows, and analyze data to optimize processes. This role ensures that team activities are well-organized and efficiently executed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of course maintenance and revision requests.
• Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Provide scheduling and resource allocation support to the team leader.
• Generate reports on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or systems management role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
