Position Summary
The individual in this position is responsible for various tasks and projects. Such tasks/projects may involve:
- client due diligence requests
- request for proposal/information questionnaires
- corporate policies and procedures
- team playbooks & process maps
- internal controls and procedures
- team templates
- internal and external software and programs
- vendor management procedures
- other corporate policies, procedures, or tasks as assigned.
Job Duties
- Gain exposure to and start to understand ACA corporate policies, procedures, controls, products and services
- Review, and complete client due diligence and request for information/proposal inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests
- Utilize and update ACA’s library of responses as instructed
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to answer due diligence and request for proposal/request for information questions
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding corporate GRC
- Utilize corporate GRC templates and files
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
- Support the audit process
Required Education And Experience
1-2 years of due diligence, risk, legal, or related experience, if possible
Required Skills And Attributes
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs
- Experience exercising discretion and making independent judgments on matters of significance
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
- Experience with Loopio is a plus
