Job Description
As a Delivery Operations Team Lead at Accenture, you will go beyond processing purchase orders to help clients save money and gain value from the goods and services they spend on their daily business operations. You will be part of the Procurement management team, using a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for the company's sustainability. You will identify needs, find and qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate with suppliers, contract, deliver, and analyze results. You will also understand when & how to use requests for proposals (price and non-price factors) and RFQs (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. The role involves analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions, understanding the strategic direction set by senior management, and managing small teams or work efforts. You may be required to work in rotational shifts.
Must have:

What would you do? You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
