The Deputy Manager - Banking Alliance EDC Retail will be responsible for driving bank tie-ups, lead generation, and EDC/POS sales in the assigned geography (Kolhapur, Maharashtra). This role involves managing bank relationships, leading a team of BDMs, ensuring product activations, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments, leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and enrollments, driving lead generation and market penetration strategies, overseeing branch activations and meeting Capex revenue goals, and building relationships with key industry players. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager to drive Bank Tie-ups, Lead Generation, and EDC/POS Sales in the assigned geography. The role involves managing bank relationships, leading a team of BDMs, and ensuring product activations and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage Bank Tie-Ups for EDC/POS deployments.

Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments

Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies.

Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.

4. Activation of existing EDC/SB base.
