Job Description

The Business Development Officer will manage and optimize cold email campaigns using Ample Market, Apollo, and SendGrid. Responsibilities include setting up and overseeing email sequences, ensuring mailbox warm-up, generating qualified leads (minimum 12 per month per SDR), managing outreach using various tools, analyzing campaign performance, creating compelling cold email copy, and meeting KPI targets. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and a proactive, energetic attitude. This is an on-site position with working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).

Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Officer to manage and optimize cold email campaigns using tools such as Ample Market, Apollo, and SendGrid. The role involves setting up and overseeing email sequences, ensuring mailbox warm-up, and consistently generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and is eager to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

    • Cold Email Campaigns: Launch and mature campaigns on Ample Market and Apollo, ensuring each SDR achieves a minimum of 12 qualified leads per month.
    • Tool Management & Outreach: Manage and scale outreach using SendGrid, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis, optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.
    • Content Development: Create and refine compelling cold email copy to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with cold email campaigns and tools (e.g., Apollo, Ample Market).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with email warm-up and deliverability best practices.

Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to meet KPI targets and drive lead generation.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Software Skills: Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Mindset: Highly energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining a can-do attitude.

Onsite Position: This is not a remote role; you will be required to work from our designated office.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (aligning with Eastern Time Zone).
