We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Officer to manage and optimize cold email campaigns using tools such as Ample Market, Apollo, and SendGrid. The role involves setting up and overseeing email sequences, ensuring mailbox warm-up, and consistently generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and is eager to meet and exceed targets.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with cold email campaigns and tools (e.g., Apollo, Ample Market).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with email warm-up and deliverability best practices.
Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to meet KPI targets and drive lead generation.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Software Skills: Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Mindset: Highly energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining a can-do attitude.
Onsite Position: This is not a remote role; you will be required to work from our designated office.
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (aligning with Eastern Time Zone).
