NVIDIA's cloud sales team seeks a Global Head of Business Development to lead and scale the adoption of NVIDIA solutions on AWS. This highly visible role involves building a co-sell strategy with AWS, collaborating with customers and partners, and working with senior leadership to grow cloud revenue. Responsibilities include growing NVIDIA solution revenue in the cloud, building a GTM plan with AWS, qualifying leads, driving field engagements, aligning industry business development teams, managing deal registration, serving as a resource for NVIDIA offerings on AWS, collaborating on marketing efforts, establishing relationships with NVIDIA's partner network, and providing regular reports to management. Success is measured by direct and influential revenue growth with AWS.

The cloud continues to experience non-linear, double-digit growth, and the NVIDIA cloud sales team is looking for a Global Head of Business Development to lead and scale the adoption of NVIDIA’s solutions on the AWS Cloud. In this highly visible new role, the Global Head of Business Development will build a co-sell sales strategy with AWS. We seek an upbeat leader with the domain expertise and tenacity to grow market share with NVIDIA's groundbreaking cloud solutions; success will be measured by direct and influential revenue growth with AWS.

As the Global Head of Business Development, you will collaborate with customers and partners to apply NVIDIA solutions to transform industries. Working closely with senior business development, product, and sales leadership to build a pipeline to grow cloud revenue. This role is an exciting opportunity to be an inspiring leader with a vision in AI, crafting a go-to-market motion with AWS and supporting cross-functional teams to grow NVIDIA’s cloud business. We seek an experienced and thoughtful candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges of solving problems with technology and crafting new opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • In collaboration with AWS sales organization, grow and influence the revenue of NVIDIA solutions in the cloud

  • Working closely with AWS sales to build a mutually beneficial GTM plan for the partnership

  • In partnership with AWS sales, qualify leads generated by joint market development activities, then connect with the appropriate NVIDIA account managers to drive field-based engagements

  • Drive vertical alignment between industry business development teams to address market opportunities with NVIDIA solutions for strategic accounts

  • Run AWS deal registration and pipeline to meet assigned sales targets

  • Serve as the dedicated resource who understands NVIDIA hardware, software, and services available on AWS and supports private offers through the AWS Marketplace

  • Work with NVIDIA and AWS’ marketing teams on event planning (GTC, Amazon re:invent, etc.) and customer use case collateral development (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) to generate demand and support industry events

  • Establish effective relationships with NVIDIA’s partner network to drive services that pull through NVIDIA solutions on AWS

  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management and sell-in team

What we need to see:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience

  • 18+ overall years of selling technical solutions to senior executives at named accounts

  • 7+ years of Cloud GTM experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading & empowering a virtual team (and helping recruit the best talent)

  • A passion for getting things done in a sales and technology environment

  • Experience leading large and complex deals, and negotiating strategic collaboration agreements

  • Proven track record closing significant revenue and overachieving sales targets

  • A wide network with vertical expertise and knowledge of cloud sales trends

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal)

  • Confirmed ability to work optimally in a highly matrixed organization

  • Drive and manage the quarterly business on assigned sales targets

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master's degree is desirable

  • Detailed understanding of data science workflows, machine learning, and AI trends

  • A strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.

  • Specific experience and relationships within AWS

  • Experience working with ISVs and System Integrators to accelerate solution adoption and deployment

The cash compensation range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
