Razer Gold is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to propel the Razer Gold brand globally in the hypergrowth gaming community to become the preferred payment method, and destination for game top-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying revenue indicators, tracking trends and changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and buying behavior, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues and opportunities that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Brand & Campaigns, Product, Regional teams) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Completes digital marketing/performance marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and holding employees accountable; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops digital marketing team members by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Pre-Requisites :

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager/Performance Marketing
  • 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design and online user experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar relevant field
