As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead the charge in redefining how top Hollywood studios manage their content supply chains. You will directly impact their ability to streamline operations, scale their content supply chains, and embrace digital transformation. You will cultivate relationships with industry giants, strategically align PFT’s technology to address specific client challenges, independently generate, manage, forecast, and own the full sales cycle, and engage C-suite executives, highlighting the transformative power of PFT’s solutions.
Must have:
  • 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience in media and entertainment.

About the Role

As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead the charge in redefining how top Hollywood studios like NBCU, Fox, MGM/Amazon Studios, Warner Bros, Paramount, etc. streaming platforms like Netflix, Apple, Meta, YouTube and likes, manage their content supply chains. You will directly impact their ability to streamline operations, scale their content supply chains, and embrace digital transformation. By blending your sales acumen with PFT’s game-changing AI powered technology and tech-powered media services, you will shape the future of the media and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Be the Strategic Partner
  • Cultivate relationships with industry giants, positioning PFT as the trusted partner for AI-driven solutions.
  • Strategically align PFT’s technology to address specific client challenges across the entire content lifecycle—from production to distribution.
Drive Business Growth
  • Independently generate, Manage, forecast, and own the full sales cycle, building a robust pipeline that drives new business and expands existing accounts.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through innovative deal-making and strategic account management.
Client Advocacy through AI
  • Present CLEAR AI Platform and Agents as the ultimate game-changer for content workflows, enhancing speed, efficiency, and profitability for clients.
  • Engage C-suite executives, highlighting the transformative power of PFT’s solutions to future-proof their operations.

The base salary range for this full-time, permanent position is $150,000 to $175,000. PFT salary ranges are determined by function, department, level and location. An individual's pay within a given range is determined by their transferrable or job-related skills and work experience. Salary ranges are modified from time to time based on external market data collected through our third-party surveys.
