Job Description

The DROP Partnerships Intern will support the Partnerships Manager in managing creator relationships, including communication, deliverables, and new product launches. Responsibilities include identifying and outreaching to potential partners, coordinating new product launches (content creator outreach, product seeding logistics), providing insights to improve Drop Creator and Affiliate Programs, and organizing/updating creator databases and campaign reports. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in a related field, passionate about influencer marketing, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying online trends and relevant creators. Experience with mechanical keyboards and/or audio products is a plus. The internship is full-time and spans 12 weeks across two cohort tracks.

Job Description

YOU WILL:

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in managing ongoing creator relationships, including communication, deliverables, and new product launches.
  • Assist in identifying and outreaching to potential new partners, ensuring alignment with Drop’s brand identity and campaign needs.
  • Help in coordinating new product launches by supporting content creator outreach, managing product seeding logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to key collaborators.
  • Provide insights to streamline processes and improve both the Drop Creator and Affiliate Programs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and impactful.
  • Organize and update existing creator databases, campaign reports, and product inventory.

YOU ARE:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Passionate about the content creator/influencer marketing space and eager to learn about partnerships, marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Skilled at identifying online trends and relevant content creators, with a strong understanding of the creator economy and its impact on campaign success.
  • Enthusiasm about Mechanical Keyboard and/or Audio products is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any accredited institution 
  • Pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the internship
  • All Interns must be able to commit to one of the two cohort tracks that span 12-weeks

We will have two cohort tracks that you may choose from that span a 12-week period:

  • COHO1 – May 21st, 2025 – August 8th, 2025
  • COHO2 – June 17th, 2025  – September 5th, 2025

Internship Requirements:

  • You are actively enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution and have completed at least one year of education.
  • You are pursuing either an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the summer internship.
  • You are able to fully commit to one of the two 12-week (40 hours per week) internship cohort tracks.
  • You must be at least 18+ years of age at the start of the internship.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Hourly pay range $25
