Job Description

Level Infinite seeks an Esports Operations Manager to oversee PUBG Mobile's overseas club ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing professional competition rules, managing daily team communications, and on-site international competition team management. The role also involves understanding user needs, creating incentive programs for clubs, and fostering the long-term growth of leading international clubs. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of team/league management experience, fluency in English and Chinese, a deep understanding of esports and club operations, and strong cross-team collaboration skills.

Must have:

3+ years of team/league management experience
Fluent in English and Chinese
Deep understanding of esports and club operations
Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with esports leagues
Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities

岗位职责

1. 负责海外俱乐部生态管理，包括职业赛事规则制定、优化、战队日常沟通管理，国际赛现场战队管理工作；
2. 了解PUBGM用户需求，结合产品、赛事及生态情况，制定符合产品的俱乐部激励计划及运营计划，促进海外头部俱乐部的长期持续发展。

岗位要求

1. 有战队/联盟管理工作经验3年或以上，中英文流利，均可作为工作语言；
2. 热爱游戏，热爱电竞，对电竞和俱乐部运营有深入的研究和独特理解，有创新精神，有电竞联盟相关工作经验者优先；
3. 良好的跨团队协作及沟通能力，局部优先的商业谈判，项目管理能力。
