Job Description

This role focuses on overseas KOC talent marketing for Infinity Nikki. Responsibilities include formulating and executing KOC recruitment strategies, discovering and collaborating with high-quality game KOCs, and managing content release and promotion. The role also involves establishing talent management systems, optimizing cooperation effects through data analysis, and incubating creator clubs to build a sustainable UGC/PUGC supply. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of overseas game talent/content operation experience, and fluency in English.
Must have:
  • Formulate and execute KOC talent recruitment strategies
  • Discover and establish cooperation with high-quality game KOC talents
  • Participate in formulating talent cooperation plans and establishing management systems
  • Handle cooperation communication and manage content release and promotion
  • Conduct data analysis to optimize cooperation effects
  • Incubate European and American self-owned creator clubs
  • Accumulate a sustainable UGC/PUGC supply pool
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in minor languages
  • Possession of overseas KOL/KOC/MCN resources
  • Experience in successfully incubating 100+ creator communities

Job Description

1. Based on the product's global distribution and brand marketing strategy, formulate and execute KOC talent recruitment strategies, and discover and establish cooperation with high-quality game KOC talents through various channels.

2. Participate in formulating talent cooperation plans, and assist in establishing talent management systems and assessment mechanisms, handling cooperation communication issues.

3. Responsible for the review and coordination of talent content release and promotion, and conduct data analysis to optimize cooperation effects.

4. Incubate European and American self-owned creator clubs, and accumulate a sustainable UGC/PUGC supply pool.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of overseas game talent/content operation experience, having led global distribution cases for at least 1 PC/console or high ARPU mobile game.

2. Familiar with European and American content platform rules and cultural context, fluent in English reading and writing, minor languages a plus.

3. Love for games, understand ACG/dress-up/MMO/open-world genres, able to quickly extract selling points and convert them into talent briefs.

4. Possess overseas KOL/KOC/MCN resources or successfully incubated 100+ creator communities preferred.
