A career in our Enterprise Performance Management team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization.As an EPM expert, you will play a key role in the following
areas:
▪ Work with the latest technologies and valued companies on projects
that are driving the future of those organisation
▪ Assist the leadership and management of the new EPM Practice by
taking an active role in creating new opportunities and contribute to
knowledge sharing and the development of our people
▪ Responsibility for coaching and developing more junior team
members
▪ Delivering exceptional client service and solutions
▪ Work with a global mindset with teams based in the UK, Germany
and other Middle Eastern Countries
▪ Leading delivery teams to deliver solutions that are on scope, time,
quality and budget
Role Requirements:
▪ Min 4-7 years’ experience in delivering projects focused on end-to-
end EPM transformation including Financial Consolidation, Planning,
Cost Management, and integrated reporting enabled by various EPM
technologies such as Oracle, OneStream, and Anaplan
▪ Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on
EPM projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution
design, functional configuration. conference room pilots / prototype
demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post
‘go live’ support.
▪ Experienced and comfortable in working as part of a global team; co
creating solutions with architects located outside of Egypt
▪ Strong technical knowledge of Oracle or OneStream or Anaplan
▪ Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
▪ Counterpart to functional leaders at onsite and ability to participate
in design discussions with functional team lead
▪ Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client’s
businesses.
▪ Contributing to our continued Finance Transformation thought
leadership, working closely with colleagues across the Firm,
mentoring and coaching other team members, participating in
development of go to market propositions and accelerators to
improve our service offerings
▪ Assisting functional stream lead with technical evaluation of the
solution scenarios
▪ Developing solution on respective functional specification in the
overall transformation context
▪ Accountable / responsible for data migration and cutover topics for
the respective stream
▪ Accountable / responsible for stream issue resolution post go-live
and transition to support
