Job Description

The Executive Talent Sourcer & Researcher will support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team by identifying senior talent for leadership and unique roles globally. Responsibilities include market analysis of target companies and industries, sourcing candidates (middle, senior, director levels), using diverse research methods to build talent pools, maintaining talent networks, gathering market insights, updating candidate information in the ATS, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and creating reports. This role requires strong research, communication, and analytical skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.

Must Have:
  • 2+ years sourcing experience (middle, senior, director-level vacancies)

We are growing and looking for Executive Talent Sourcer & Researcher to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. The Executive Sourcer & Researcher  will play a key support role within this team, assisting  recruiters in the identification of senior talent for leadership roles and unique roles across the world and support company growth. Functions:
  • Providing global and local market analysis of target companies, industries, roles in accordance with the open vacancies 
  • Sourcing for candidates middle, senior, director`s-level (for example Delivery Director, Head of Travel, Marketing Manager, etc.) all over the world
  • Using a variety of research methods and  sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for us; creating candidate longlists for searches
  • Maintaining up-to-date information of our talent networks for managerial and highly critical roles and developing an on-going pool of candidates
  • Gathering insights from the candidate’s market and building up-to-date knowledge about the candidates market
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
  • Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
  • Creating reports on demand

Mandatory Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in sourcing, ideally middle, senior, director`s-level vacancies (non-IT/ IT)  where Executive search is needed
  • Experience in Executive Search agencies would be a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English, Ukrainian - native
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
  • Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Сurious, a strong desire to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Nice-to-Have requirements:
  • Basic understanding of a recruitment full-cycle process and/or experience in recruiting activities
  • Basic knowledge of technologies and roles in IT sphere
  • Advanced user of Google docs
  • Knowledge of different searching tools
