Responsibilities include market analysis of target companies and industries, sourcing candidates (middle, senior, director levels), using diverse research methods to build talent pools, maintaining talent networks, gathering market insights, updating candidate information in the ATS, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and creating reports. This role requires strong research, communication, and analytical skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
