Position: Facility Technician
Location: Hollywood, CA
Hours of Operation: 7:00am-3:30pm PT
*Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 USD hourly


POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Technician works with the Facility Producer and Operations team to maintain and clean offices, common areas, kitchens and bathrooms within brand new office facility in Hollywood. May help with turnover of rooms for new tenants and with preparation for special events.

MAIN DUTIES:
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the continuous maintenance and cleaning of 9 kitchenettes, 2 Review Rooms, Bathrooms and Common Areas on Editorial Floors. They will be responsible for the following:
  • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.
  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas with paper and janitorial supplies
  • Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Keep track of inventory and work with Facility Producer to reorder supplies.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have related experience in Facility Operations in Office or Hotel environment. They must be able to use discretion working in an office environment with confidential projects and client presence, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and following scheduled cleaning of facility.
