Job Description

The Finance Intern in Milan, Italy will be responsible for preparing detailed budgets, forecasts, and actual reports. This role involves consolidating and analyzing financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts. The intern will track and determine financial status by comparing actual results to forecasts for both revenues and costs. A key responsibility is tracking and providing narratives explaining variances between actuals and planned or forecasted figures. The intern will also analyze actuals and propose accounting adjustments as needed. Additional duties include auditing collection society content reports and conducting audits of local original production companies.

Job Summary:

Preparation of detailed budget, forecasts and actual report.
Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts both for revenues and costs
Track and provide cause of changes narrative for financials variance (actual vs plan, plan vs forecast ect)
Analyzing actuals and propose for accounting adjustment when needed
Collection society content report audit
Local Original production Company audit
