Job Summary
Job Description
Virtuos is seeking a Finance Intern in Shanghai, China. Responsibilities include issuing e-invoices and VAT invoices to clients, settling collections, sending payment reminders, communicating with various teams and clients regarding contract changes and invoices, updating AR reports, and performing other ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, excellent English and advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus. The role offers a chance to work with industry veterans in a cosmopolitan city contributing to AAA games.

Responsibilities
- Issue e-invoice and the VAT invoice to oversea clients and Chinese clients from ERP system;
- Settle the collection against the invoice;
- Send Due/Overdue reminder to Clients;
- Communicate with sales team, production team and clients for any contract change or invoice, collections, etc;
- Update AR related reports and status;
- Other ad hoc job assigned by line manager;
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
- Excellent English;
- Advanced MS excel skills;
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

About Our Team
The award-winning Virtuos Shanghai studio was founded in late 2004, the first of six game development studios located internationally and the former headquarters of the group before its relocation to Singapore in 2018.
Staffed by a multicultural group of talents, the studio specializes in providing full-stack game development and co-development services, including technical support for art and engineering.
