We are looking for an Accountant Payable (Middle).

Your main tasks will be:

• Accounting of settlements with suppliers for all group companies (various jurisdictions);
• Checking and controlling the availability of suppliers' documents and entering them into the ERP system;
• Collecting and archiving all suppliers’ documents, transferring documents to outsourcing companies;
• Checking settlements with suppliers, reconciliation of settlements with counterparties;
• Preparation and submission of a report on debtors/creditors on a monthly basis;
• Checking bank transactions and reconciliation of bank account balances and movements;
• Collecting and archiving all bank statements and transferring documents to outsourcing companies;
• Participation in preparation/optimization, automation of accounting, and tax accounting in ERP systems;
• Communication with cross functional departments and external audit companies from different countries.

We expect from you:

• Economic education and 2+ years of experience in accounting;
• Understanding of accounting principles, double-entry method;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Understanding the essence of figures in turnover, account analysis, and balance sheet;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google sheet;
• Fluent English;
• Native Russian.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
