Freelance Paid Search Specialist- Real Estate

Onward Search is hiring for a Freelance Paid Search Specialist with Real Estate experience! This is a remote role, 10 hours per week. On-going contract. 

In this role, you will take on a consultant-like role in managing performance media buying and optimization for luxury apartment clients within the multi-family real estate sector. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in Google Ads while working flexibly to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Campaign Management:

  • Act as a consultant for luxury apartment clients by executing and optimizing performance media campaigns. Ensure effective setup and reporting tailored to each client's needs.
  • Monitor daily performance of paid media campaigns (SEM/PPC, social, video, display) to drive optimal results.

• Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to support ongoing production efforts aimed at enhancing campaign effectiveness.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Track campaign pacing and budget utilization to minimize waste while maximizing ROI.
  • Provide regular updates on costs and performance metrics, offering strategic insights for improvement.

• Reporting & Insights:

  • Analyze campaign outcomes and develop actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid search and social, SEM, performance, or biddable media, with at least 2 years focused on luxury apartments within the multi-family real estate sector.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of campaign setup and optimization across digital ad channels, particularly Google Ads.

• Communication & Problem Solving:

  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, consultative approach to campaign management
