Job Description

As a Game Designer at Panteon, you'll be responsible for designing new games or improving existing ones. You'll create comprehensive GDDs, play and analyze market games, and work closely with the Developer, Art, and Test teams. You'll be involved in every stage of the game development process, from ideation to top chart placement, gaining valuable experience and learning to think multi-dimensionally. This role involves a high level of creativity, collaboration, and a passion for game development.

Game Designer

At Panteon, we are looking for innovative teammates who will improve themselves every day, spread their positive energy around, spend 25 hours a day playing games, and never run out of phone charges.

What Do We Expect?

  • Being enthusiastic about Mid-core and Casual game development,
  • Contributing fully to the creative process,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, motivation, and a strong sense of ownership,
  • Ability to work as a great team player,
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently,
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience as a Game Designer,
  • Ability to perform KPI analysis and prepare action plans to improve the games further,
  • Ability to create engaging game mechanics,
  • Adjusting the balance of in-game systems and game economy,
  • Ability to analyze existing games,
  • Familiarity with Unity,
  • Knowledge of Casual games,
  • Advanced skills in Office Programs,
  • Excellent command of English.
