Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced producer to help us create new digital casino games for a global audience. As a remote team member, you will lead projects to make industry-leading games more efficiently. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by external teams. Our main support team works on Pacific Time, but we have team members in the US, UK, Serbia, and Romania.
You will work in a regulated industry, so attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and respect for rules are important. If you are energetic, passionate, and experienced, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Act as the main contact and project leader for external game development projects.
Work with game teams to create and document the vision, scope, and schedule of projects, with regular feedback points.
Work with stakeholders to clarify and finalize requirements.
Track and report on project progress and metrics.
Ensure good communication among team members on assigned projects.
Help remove project barriers and roadblocks.
Identify and communicate project risks and create backup plans.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.
About You
5+ years of experience managing the production of online and mobile casino games or technical projects from start to finish.
3+ years of experience managing small teams of 3-12 people.
Ability to work diplomatically with external development teams and licensors.
Proven track record of delivering quality products on schedule.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with localization and internationalization best practices.
Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, and PowerPoint.

Experience with real money wagering games.
Familiarity with HTML5 technologies.
Interest in working with teams across different cultures and time zones.
Success in complex technical and product delivery environments.
