Job Description

Mistplay seeks a General Manager to launch and scale its B2B mobile game loyalty platform, LoyaltyPlay. Responsibilities include developing and executing LoyaltyPlay's strategic vision, designing the go-to-market strategy, building and leading a cross-functional team, establishing partnerships, creating SDK documentation, defining KPIs, managing the product roadmap, developing pricing models, conducting market research, and representing the business unit at industry events. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in SDKs or developer platforms, and a proven track record of scaling B2B technology products. Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user engagement, and loyalty programs is essential.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un directeur général entreprenant et stratégique pour lancer et développer notre nouveau domaine d'activité de plateforme de fidélisation de jeux mobiles B2B. Le candidat idéal sera un leader visionnaire avec une expérience approfondie dans les entreprises SDK, les écosystèmes d'applications mobiles et la construction de produits technologiques à forte croissance à partir de la base.

Principales responsabilités :
Développer et mettre en œuvre la vision stratégique de LoyaltyPlay, le domaine d'activité de la plateforme de fidélisation mobile.
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de mise sur le marché, y compris le positionnement du produit, la tarification et la pénétration du marché.
Constituer et diriger une équipe interfonctionnelle couvrant le produit, l'ingénierie, les ventes et le marketing.
Établir des partenariats avec des développeurs d'applications mobiles, des studios de jeux et des gestionnaires de programmes de fidélisation.
Créer une documentation SDK complète et des documents d'accueil pour les développeurs.
Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) pour l'adoption de la plateforme et la croissance des revenus ainsi que la croissance BAIIDA selon le plan financier de Mistplay.
Gérer la feuille de route du produit et prioriser le développement des fonctionnalités en fonction des retours du marché
Développer des modèles de tarification et de partage des revenus pour les partenaires de la plateforme
Mener des études de marché pour identifier les tendances émergentes dans les jeux mobiles et les programmes de fidélisation
Représenter le domaine d'activité lors de conférences et d'événements de réseautage.

Compétences requises :
8 à 12 ans d'expérience dans la direction d'entreprises technologiques, dont au moins 5 ans spécifiquement dans le domaine des SDK ou des plateformes pour développeurs
Expérience confirmée dans la création et la mise à l'échelle de produits technologiques B2B
Compréhension approfondie des écosystèmes d'applications mobiles, des stratégies d'engagement des utilisateurs et des mécanismes des programmes de fidélisation.
Expérience de la gestion de produits pour des plateformes destinées aux développeurs
Fort esprit d'entreprise et capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide d'entreprise en démarrage.
Réussite avérée dans la création et l'exécution de stratégies de mise sur le marché.
Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et d'établissement de relations
Capacité à attirer et à recruter les meilleurs talents

Expertise technique et commerciale :
Connaissance approfondie des environnements de développement d'applications mobiles
Compréhension des stratégies d'acquisition, de fidélisation et de monétisation des utilisateurs
Expérience des technologies d'intégration, de la conception d'API et du développement de SDK
Connaissance des tendances de l'industrie du jeu et des mécanismes des programmes de fidélisation
Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à tirer des enseignements d'ensembles de données complexes.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic General Manager to launch and scale our new B2B mobile games loyalty platform business unit. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep experience in SDK businesses, mobile app ecosystems, and building high-growth technology products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for LoyaltyPlay, the mobile loyalty platform business unit
Design and implement go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and market penetration
Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, sales, and marketing
Establish partnerships with mobile app developers, game studios, and loyalty program managers
Create comprehensive SDK documentation and developer onboarding materials
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform adoption and revenue and EBITDA growth per Mistplay’s financial plan
Manage product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on market feedback
Develop pricing models and revenue-sharing frameworks for platform partners
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in mobile gaming and loyalty programs
Represent the business unit at industry conferences and networking events

Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in technology business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in SDK or developer platform businesses
Proven track record of building and scaling B2B technology products
Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user engagement strategies, and loyalty program mechanics
Experience in product management for developer-facing platforms
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Demonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to attract and recruit top talent

Technical and Business Expertise
Extensive knowledge of mobile app development landscapes
Understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
Experience with integration technologies, API design, and SDK development
Familiarity with gaming industry trends and loyalty program mechanics
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
