About the Team The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Knowledge Management: - Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to capture, store, and distribute knowledge effectively. - Maintain and update knowledge repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. - Build a metrics system and cascading mechanism to make sure knowledge can be updated, cascaded, and measured in a timely manner. - Promote the use of knowledge management tools and platforms to enhance organizational learning and efficiency. 2. Communication & Collaboration: - Develop communication and collaboration strategies and mechanisms that can guide the relevant activities and ensure quality and efficiency. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the HR Operations department and across other departments. - Develop and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, bulletins, and announcements. - Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote best practices in communication and knowledge sharing. 3. Process Improvement: - Identify gaps in current knowledge management and communication processes and propose improvements. - Work closely with other stakeholders to implement new tools and technologies that support knowledge management and communication initiatives. 4. Project Management: - Lead and manage projects related to knowledge management and communication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and independently. 5. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, internal communications, or a similar role is preferred. 2. Experience in a human resources or HR operations environment is preferred. 3. Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
