About Our Team The Candidate Service team is primarily responsible to provide professional and efficient recruiting coordination services for the full-cycle interview process. This team is part of the Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams. - Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and data analysis. - Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects. - Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or graduate student. - Be able to work for more than 3 months, 4 days per week. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment. - Strong written & verbal communication skills. - Require experience in dealing with Chinese vendors and working situations. - Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability. - Can work under pressure and be a good team player. Preferred Qualifications - Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects. - Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
