Join our client's team as a Guest Services Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace experience. This position is integral to fostering a culture of connection and inclusion, ensuring that both employees and visitors feel welcomed and supported. You will be stationed at our client's location, providing a top-tier reception experience and contributing to a dynamic and efficient work environment.

This is a full-time 12-month+ contract opportunity. The role is located in San Francisco, CA and is hybrid onsite. The application deadline for this role is Monday, April 21st, 2025.

Guest Services Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Reception Management: Serve as the primary contact for all office visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. Collaborate with onsite security to facilitate smooth access for guests and employees.

• Office Ambiance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, promptly addressing any maintenance or janitorial needs to uphold a pristine environment.

• Employee Support: Respond to inquiries via tickets, emails, and Slack, directing requests to the appropriate channels. Support special projects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team efficiency and service quality.

• Administrative Assistance: Provide organizational support, including managing office supplies and coordinating meetings. Assist with office operations, such as badge management and package deliveries.
   

Guest Services Specialist Requirements: 

• At least one year of experience in hospitality, reception, or a similar workplace role.

• Strong customer service skills with a calm and welcoming demeanor.

• Ability to work onsite daily and adapt to a flexible, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in event assistance and a proactive approach to process improvement.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
