Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure/Service Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of their IT infrastructure and services. Responsibilities include managing on-premise and cloud-based environments (servers, storage, networks, applications, databases), implementing cost-effective solutions, and maintaining collaboration systems (Wiki, Jira, GitHub, SSO). The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, strong expertise in various enterprise IT areas, and proven leadership skills. They should be familiar with tools like TSM, Git, Jira, and Jenkins.

Must have:

15+ years IT infra experience
On-premise & Cloud expertise
Network, Firewall, Storage knowledge
Manage IT infrastructure
Team leadership experience
IT infrastructure investment planning

Good to have:

TSM & digital workflow experience
Git, Jira, Jenkins proficiency
Collaboration system experience (M365, Atlassian)
DBA/IT Manager experience

1. IT 인프라(서버/스토리지/네트워크) 운영 관리 총괄 　- IDC (서버, 네트워크 클라우드) 운영 관리 　- Windows & Linux 기반의 Application 서버 운영 및 기술지원 　- DBMS 운영 관리 　- 사내 네트워크 운영 및 인프라 개선 　- IT 인프라 도입 기획 및 검토 　- 사내 PC/전산장비 운영 및 관리 2. IT 인프라 투자 효율화 기획 및 실행 3. 협업시스템 운영/관리 　- Wiki, Jira, GitHub, SSO 등 솔루션 운영 및 관리

자격요건

- 해당 분야 경력 15년 이상 - On-premise 및 클라우드 환경의 인프라 시스템에 대한 높은 이해도 - 네트워크, 방화벽, 스토리지 등 다양한 Enterprise IT 분야 경험 보유

우대사항

- 팀장 또는 리더로서 SE/SA/DBA/IT Manager 관리 유경험자 - TSM 운영 또는 디지털 워크플로우 구축 경험자 - Git, Jira, Jenkins 등 업무 협업 도구에 익숙하신 분 - 협업시스템 관련 경험 보유 (M365, Atlassian, 화상회의 등)
