Through a deep understanding of the products, market and competitive landscape, you will help create our go-to-market strategies, develop messaging/positioning, and enable the teams that bring our solutions to market across all stages of the buyer and customer journey.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our solutions’ value propositions in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems.

You will regularly collaborate with other functional marketing areas to build messaging and content that will play a critical role in multi-channel marketing programs. In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers and sales channels; it’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Become an expert on the product, market, competitive landscape, and buyer needs and behaviors, with documented materials and regular presentations to educate internal teams.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders in creating go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

    • Collaborate with the Product Team to develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the buyer’s journey.

    • Develop and educate internal teams on our customer personas, the value propositions for each, and develop compelling messaging that will address their needs.

    • Closely collaborate with the Revenue Marketing team to build compelling, high-performing marketing campaigns that contribute to increased sales pipeline and new customer acquisition.

    • Conceptualize, write copy, and provide direction for educational and value-based product content for a variety of channels and purposes.

    • Create compelling marketing content that maps to integrated marketing campaigns and product promotion themes (blogs, white papers, guides, emails, and videos) and maintain development plan for resourcing and coordinated campaign planning.

    • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

    Management Qualities:

    •  View challenges as opportunities and focus on a solution-oriented/problem-solving approach to work on a day-to-day basis.

    • Contribute to an overall positive work environment and act with integrity and respect for all team members.

    • Encourage individual growth opportunities within the team through ownership of individual projects that empower team members to be set up for success.

    • Seek out opportunities to improve processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Have 8-10 years B2B product marketing experience and proven success in launching new products and/or new GTM product promotion.

  • Experience in enterprise, regulatory/compliance software a plus

  • Excellent writing skills for creating content and collateral (including white papers, data sheets, web copy, social media copy, case studies, etc.).

  • Experience with persona-based marketing and content generation.

  • Successful track record of working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

  • Creativity with out-of-the box thinking and an interest in trying and learning new things.

  • Self-directed, resourceful, and accountable with a positive “can do” attitude.
