In this role, you will be our true HR administrator life saver.

As the HR Coordinator, you support the Senior HR Generalist with everything admin and HR Systems. You understand the importance and value of a rock solid admin process and take pride in getting this organized to a T. You are able to juggle multiple balls and this is where you find your challenge and satisfaction.

Part of this role is also function as our Talent Acquisition starting point, you will facilitate our TA process and are key for our hiring managers. You will be part of our small but unique HR & Office team

Key responsibilities

• You have full responsibility of the HR administration including our HRIS system BambooHR;
  • Contracts of employment and other employment related documents
  • Payroll (in collaboration with Finance)
  • Employee information changes requests
  • Benefits and expenses administation
  • System related updates
  • Sickness management administration
• You support the business in key HR processes such:
  • Onboarding
  • Offboarding
  • Talent Acquisition; including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Ad hoc projects
• You will champion our “refreshed” values internally as well as externally

Your profile

• You are service minded and understand the role of HR in an innovative environment
• You have an eye for detail and are able to spot the work
• You love getting things done
• Multi tasking comes natural to you
• High energy and resilient
• You have knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding all basic employment matters
• Experience with Bamboo HR and NMBRS is a nice to have;
• Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred;
