HR Generalist

Title: HR Generalist
Locations: Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru
Number of Positions: 1 per branch
Shift Timing: US Night Shift - 19:30 hrs to 05:00 hrs
Experience: 4-5 relevant years

Responsibilities:

• HR Operations Oversight: Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
• Employee Relations:
  Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
  Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements
  Oversee the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Performance Management:
  Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
• Team Management:
  Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations like EPF, ESI, insurance, etc.
  Stay updated on changes in HR-related legislation and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
• Proven experience in HR operations, learning & development, and team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle employee grievances with empathy and discretion.
• Compliances
• Salary structuring, P.F, ESI, Insurance, etc.
• Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
