Playnetic seeks a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various tech roles (Back-End/Front-End Engineers, QA, Project Managers). Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, optimizing hiring metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates), and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of tech recruiting experience, is proactive, data-driven, and excels at building relationships. The role offers full autonomy, remote flexibility, and opportunities for career development within a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, for a variety of tech roles—including Back-End Engineers, Front-End Engineers, QA professionals, and Project Managers.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, influence decisions, and drive smart hiring strategies.
Sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels—job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and direct outreach.
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, keeping our time to hire on track while maintaining quality.
Tracking and optimising key hiring metrics to support our ambitious growth plans in 2025.

Who You Are

An experienced tech recruiter (at least 2–3 years) who understands the nuances of hiring technical talent.
Proactive and results-driven—you don’t wait for instructions; you take action.
A natural relationship builder—you can influence hiring managers and create a seamless recruitment process.
Excited by variety—you’ll be working across multiple technical roles, gaining exposure to different business areas.
Data-driven—you understand the importance of hiring metrics and continuous improvement.
iGaming or startup experience is a bonus, but not essential.

The Interview Process

First Stage – A conversation with Gabby, your potential manager, to discuss your experience and see if this role is the right fit for you.

Second Stage – Speak with Gabby and our other recruiters. This is your chance to understand how we work, get to know the team, and ask plenty of questions.

Final Interview – A chat with our Director of Talent Acquisition, Phil, who’s been with Playnetic since day one. He’ll share our journey so far, our vision for the future, and how you’ll play a key role in our continued success.
