Your Impact

• Own the entire recruitment process—hiring roles like Back-End Engineers, Front-End Engineers, QA professionals, Project Managers, and more.
• Drive key hiring metrics—improving time to hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience, ensuring we stay fast, efficient, and deliver a standout hiring journey.
• Partner with hiring managers—influencing hiring decisions and refining our talent strategy as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, for a variety of tech roles—including Back-End Engineers, Front-End Engineers, QA professionals, and Project Managers.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, influence decisions, and drive smart hiring strategies.
• Sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels—job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and direct outreach.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, keeping our time to hire on track while maintaining quality.
• Tracking and optimising key hiring metrics to support our ambitious growth plans in 2025.
• As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in a business area that excites you.

Who You Are

• An experienced tech recruiter (at least 2–3 years) who understands the nuances of hiring technical talent.
• Proactive and results-driven—you don’t wait for instructions; you take action.
• A natural relationship builder—you can influence hiring managers and create a seamless recruitment process.
• Excited by variety—you’ll be working across multiple technical roles, gaining exposure to different business areas.
• Data-driven—you understand the importance of hiring metrics and continuous improvement.
• iGaming or startup experience is a bonus, but not essential.

The Interview Process

First Stage – A conversation with Gabby, your potential manager, to discuss your experience and see if this role is the right fit for you.

Second Stage – Speak with Gabby and our other recruiters. This is your chance to understand how we work, get to know the team, and ask plenty of questions.

Final Interview – A chat with our Director of Talent Acquisition, Phil, who’s been with Playnetic since day one. He’ll share our journey so far, our vision for the future, and how you’ll play a key role in our continued success.

We're currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months.
