Job Summary

Job Description

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for all recruitment activities within the company, including controlling and implementing recruitment programs. This role involves receiving departmental requests, planning recruitment, developing job descriptions, and candidate profiles for each position. The supervisor will manage the recruitment team, assign tasks, and resolve issues. Key responsibilities also include proposing process improvements for time and cost optimization, reporting on recruitment needs and quality, and analyzing metrics to suggest improvements. The role requires sourcing potential candidates, building a broad network, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Must have:
  • Manage all company recruitment activities.
  • Control and implement company recruitment programs.
  • Receive departmental requests, plan recruitment, develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Manage recruitment team, assign tasks, and resolve team issues.
  • Propose improvements to recruitment processes for time and cost optimization.
  • Report, evaluate, and analyze recruitment needs and quality.
  • Measure recruitment metrics and propose improvements.
  • Source potential candidates and build extensive networks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Description

  • Responsible for all recruitment activities within the company.
  • Control and implement the company's human resource recruitment program.
  • Receive requests from departments and plan recruitment, build job descriptions, and candidate profiles for each position.
  • Manage the recruitment team, assign tasks & resolve arising issues within the team.
  • Propose improvements to recruitment processes and methods to optimize recruitment time and costs.
  • Report, evaluate, and analyze recruitment needs and quality.
  • Measure metrics before, during, and after the recruitment process and propose improvements.
  • Explore & search for potential candidates, build a wide network.
  • Perform other tasks as directly assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field, preferably in the Game industry.
  • Understanding of the company's business production and operation areas; knowledge of competitor human resources and senior candidates in the IT labor market.
  • Ability to build and establish good relationships inside and outside the company.
  • Good English skills.
  • Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
  • Ability to use social media platforms for the company's recruitment branding.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, preferably with small team management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure.
  • Priority for candidates with talent and understanding of recruitment branding marketing.

  • Lunch break 11:45 – 13:15. Afternoon fruit and tea break 15:30 – 16:00.
