What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make

• Advise federal clients and partners by providing expert guidance on creating and implementing solutions, designs, and proof-of-concepts using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, effective technical designs and advocate for solutions that align with industry standards and the EIC platform's out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Drive customer health by performing core configuration reviews and remediating issues to align with Saviynt best practices.
• Engage with client architects to build comprehensive identity roadmaps that focus on both short-term wins and long-term strategic outcomes, leading to stronger adoption of the Saviynt EIC platform.
• Resolve complex technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior engineers, and help groom top talent to become experts in identity and access management (IAM).
• Contribute thought leadership by building repeatable artifacts, sharing learnings, and performing peer reviews.

What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge

• 7+ years of industry experience in the design, development, customization, and deployment of identity management and governance products.
• Thorough domain knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IAG), including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Expertise in Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories.
• Hands-on experience with Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.
• Proven ability to interact directly with customers, manage relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• A strong background in technical presentations and communication, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of security and authorization models for popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, or Salesforce.
• Experience working in a startup or consulting environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
