The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a iGaming Operations Specialist to join our iGaming team which oversees casino and DraftKings’ non-sports line of business. This role will create engaging content for our casino customers with a focus on supporting the Operations Team in managing the games portfolio lifecycle for multiple providers and jurisdictions. What you’ll do as a Senior Casino Operations Associate

  • Assist in managing the games portfolio lifecycle from strategic planning to launch and post-launch optimization for multiple providers and jurisdictions.

  • Track and manage progress and milestones across multiple projects simultaneously, spanning vendor integrations, game launches, and regulatory submissions.

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and other stakeholders to break down high level projects into product specification documents with supporting user stories and high-level acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to drive a completed final product.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend, implement, and evaluate campaigns that drive improved game performance.

  • Measure the performance of each game and feature launched and help set KPI metrics for the teams.

  • Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.

  • Leverage domain expertise to recommend and implement processes and line of business improvements. You will also provide strategic planning input.

 
What you’ll bring   

  • At least three years of online gaming or relevant online business-to-consumer experience.

  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically. 

  • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 84,000.00 USD - 105,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
